Previous Work Experience

Before founding Nuclei Data, Ben served as Vice President of Data Center Operations at TierPoint, overseeing a multi-facility Mid-Atlantic region with full P&L responsibility for a $130M business unit. His background also includes engineering and project management roles across commercial, industrial, institutional, and mission-critical environments.

Andy Hatcher is the Chief Strategy Officer at Nuclei Data, with over 25 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure and large-scale data center development. Known for his deep expertise in electrical systems and modular construction, Andy has led high-value projects across the country and previously served as Director of Business Development and Marketing at Lighthouse Electric.

At Nuclei Data, Andy plays a key role in shaping long-term growth strategies and forging lasting client partnerships. His forward-thinking approach and operational insight are vital to advancing Nuclei Data’s position as a leader in scalable data center infrastructure solutions.

Doug Ward brings more than 30 years of IT leadership experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Nuclei Data. He has a proven track record in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and infrastructure architecture, having led large-scale IT transformations at global organizations in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. Doug specializes in building secure, scalable technology ecosystems that drive efficiency and growth, with deep expertise in cloud architecture, workflow automation, and compliance frameworks. At Nuclei Data, he leads the company’s technology vision, ensuring enterprise-grade security, innovative service delivery, and operational excellence to support clients and internal teams alike.

Jason White

Chief Technology Officer

Jason White is a construction executive with 25 years of progressive responsibility leading commercial construction projects through procurement, preconstruction and design development, scheduling, operations, and personnel management. He has led multiple project teams simultaneously and individual projects valued up to $300 million, with professional teams exceeding 30 people. His product-type experience includes aviation, healthcare, higher education, high-rise, hospitality, infrastructure, laboratory, mass timber, mission critical, government, office core and shell, and sporting and entertainment facilities.

Most recently, Jason served as Project Director with Manhattan Construction in Oklahoma City, where he was responsible for business generation, contract negotiations, preconstruction and estimating, bidding, profit and loss, and project staff development. Before then, he served as Preconstruction Manager with Adolfson & Peterson Construction and as Capital Projects Manager and Preconstruction Manager for Cook Children’s Hospital with Linbeck Construction. Earlier roles included Director of Preconstruction Services with Timberlake Construction, Director of Construction and Owner’s Representative with the Otoe-Missouria Development Authority, Project Manager with Manhattan Construction, and Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer with Cadence McShane Corporation. His experience includes estimating, budgeting, constructability reviews, value engineering, procurement, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, project controls, and team development.

Jason has worked with Design-Build, CM-at-Risk, CM-Agency, IPD and Lean IPD, Hard Bid, and P3 delivery methods. He is experienced with the Last Planner System and has served as an AGC Lean Education Instructor. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma and studied architecture at Oklahoma State University. His professional involvement includes DBIA, LCI, AIC, AGC, and 7×24 Exchange.

T.J. Eastley

Director of Data Center Development

TJ Eastley is the Director of Data Center Development with over 10 years of progressive leadership in mission-critical infrastructure and large-scale data center operations. He is recognized for leading development initiatives, overseeing multi-site portfolios, and driving measurable cost savings through operational efficiency and internal capability development. TJ is a strategic, customer-focused leader known for building high-performing teams and implementing scalable frameworks that improve delivery, performance, and lifecycle outcomes across enterprise environments.

Most recently, TJ served as Regional Director of Technical Operations at Flexential, where he led operations across 15 data center markets encompassing 32 sites and a team of over 250 employees. In this role, he managed significant capital and operational budgets while supporting infrastructure growth, modernization, and development initiatives. He successfully reduced operational costs through initiatives such as decreasing overtime spend and minimizing reliance on third-party vendors by developing in-house capabilities. Prior to this role, TJ held multiple leadership positions at Flexential, including Construction Manager and Critical Infrastructure Manager, where he led nationwide expansion initiatives, greenfield data center construction, and operational improvements across Northeast data center facilities. His earlier experience includes hands-on technical roles focused on provisioning, infrastructure testing, and high-availability system support.

TJ holds coursework in Computer Information Systems and Security from Saint Leo University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He also holds several industry-recognized certifications, including Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) from BOMI International, as well as a Six Sigma White Belt. His technical and development expertise, combined with strong leadership and operational acumen, positions him as a key driver of scalable, efficient, and high- performance data center development initiatives.

Nathan Taylor is an Acting Director of Ops/Programming with a proven history of leading operational initiatives, driving process improvement, and supporting program development across complex business environments. He is recognized for his ability to analyze organizational structures, streamline workflows, and implement automation solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability. Nathan brings a data-driven approach to decision-making and excels at aligning cross-functional teams to support program execution and operational performance.

Most recently, Nathan served as Vice President of Operations and Sales at Rigid Industrial Group, where he led cross-functional teams across finance, engineering, inventory, and production to execute large-scale process improvements and drive organizational efficiency. He oversaw operational planning and collaborated with leadership to support program development and execution efforts across the organization. Prior to this role, he served as a Regional Drive Specialist at Yaskawa America, where he managed client relationships and delivered integrated solutions while exceeding sales targets. Earlier in his career, Nathan held the role of Vice President of Process Development at Tri-State Industrial Group, where he led process optimization initiatives, supported go-to-market strategy development, and improved operational performance through standardized systems and data-driven insights.

Nathan’s expertise includes operations leadership, program coordination, process optimization, and data analysis. He has demonstrated success in implementing automation tools, improving onboarding processes, and enhancing operational workflows through analytics-driven reporting. His ability to coordinate across teams, manage complex initiatives, and support scalable program development positions him as a key contributor to operational and programming success within growing organizations.

Finance & Accounting Controller

Kayla M. Myers is a Finance Coordinator with over a decade of experience in financial operations, banking, and administrative coordination. She is recognized for her strong attention to detail, accuracy in financial documentation, and ability to manage accounts, transactions, and reporting processes in fast-paced environments. Kayla brings a dependable, process-oriented approach to supporting financial workflows and maintaining data integrity.

Most recently, Kayla served in Finance at RE/MAX of Reading, where she supported financial operations, documentation management, and administrative coordination across business activities. Her prior roles within the organization, including Project Coordinator/Building Maintenance and Marketing, reflect a progression of responsibility and cross-functional experience. Previously, she served as Assistant Branch Manager and Floating Teller at Vist Bank, where she supported branch operations, customer account management, and financial transactions. Earlier in her career at National Penn Bank and The Locker Room, Kayla developed a strong foundation in cash handling, customer service, and operations support, consistently demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.

Kayla holds a high school diploma from Conrad Weiser High School. Her skill set includes financial transaction processing, account support, data entry, and administrative coordination. With a strong background in banking operations and financial processes, Kayla is well-positioned to support finance teams, maintain accurate records, and contribute to efficient and compliant financial operations.
