About Me
Jason White is a construction executive with 25 years of progressive responsibility leading commercial construction projects through procurement, preconstruction and design development, scheduling, operations, and personnel management. He has led multiple project teams simultaneously and individual projects valued up to $300 million, with professional teams exceeding 30 people. His product-type experience includes aviation, healthcare, higher education, high-rise, hospitality, infrastructure, laboratory, mass timber, mission critical, government, office core and shell, and sporting and entertainment facilities.
Most recently, Jason served as Project Director with Manhattan Construction in Oklahoma City, where he was responsible for business generation, contract negotiations, preconstruction and estimating, bidding, profit and loss, and project staff development. Before then, he served as Preconstruction Manager with Adolfson & Peterson Construction and as Capital Projects Manager and Preconstruction Manager for Cook Children’s Hospital with Linbeck Construction. Earlier roles included Director of Preconstruction Services with Timberlake Construction, Director of Construction and Owner’s Representative with the Otoe-Missouria Development Authority, Project Manager with Manhattan Construction, and Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer with Cadence McShane Corporation. His experience includes estimating, budgeting, constructability reviews, value engineering, procurement, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, project controls, and team development.
Jason has worked with Design-Build, CM-at-Risk, CM-Agency, IPD and Lean IPD, Hard Bid, and P3 delivery methods. He is experienced with the Last Planner System and has served as an AGC Lean Education Instructor. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma and studied architecture at Oklahoma State University. His professional involvement includes DBIA, LCI, AIC, AGC, and 7x24 Exchange.
